Ordering and Payment Methods
How to Order
You may place your order by web, phone, email, or visit us in our brick and mortar store in beautiful San Luis Obispo on the Central Coast of California.

Backordered Items
If you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option of an exchange, store credit, refund, or to wait for the backordered item.

Modifying or Canceling Order
You may modify or cancel your order by email or phone within 24 hours for no additional charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped then our return policies apply. See Returns and Exchanges section for more information.

You can safely order online. All of our on-line transactions are secured through Authorize.net. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. To arrange alternative methods of payment, feel free to contact us by phone (805-788-0806) or by e-mail (mail@bambubatu.com)

Sales Tax Information
Shipments to California addresses will be charged sales tax in the amount of 8.75% of product total before shipping cost is applied.
